The tension or pressure at both ends of the belt should be basically equal, otherwise the conveyor belt or the pressure belt will run off.

3. Check the wear condition of triangle belt, and adjust and replace it in time. When the triangle belt is loose, loosen the bolts of the tensioning mechanism to adjust and tighten the bolts after the triangle belt is tensioned.

4 Each shift to the ratchet, gear, sprocket oil once, choose 20 oil, each time the amount of 10 drops is appropriate, bearing grease, according to the use of appropriate amount to add and replace, use calcium grease grease.
